Tyrolian charms are at their best, when joint to Engadine tradition.

Cullas da Vnà or Capuns, Pizokels with Engadine sausage, cheese or bacon dumplings with salad or soup. As sweets we offer Kaiserschmarrn and always homemade cakes. Exquisite à la carte dishes, on request also vegetarian or, vice versa, game specialities.

Since May, our kitchen has been in the care and under the watchful eye of a Tyrolean chef and confectioner with decades of experience. Please judge critically: we love to learn!

Our kitchen is open continuously, from 10 am to 8 pm. Wednesdays closed.
